To add resources from the Gantt Chart table, in the Resource Name column, write or select the resource you want to add and set the units or the number of items.To assign resources to tasks in Gantt Chart view, you can import the existing team members from your organization or to add other resources . To assign an existing team member from your organization to a task, in the Gantt Chart view, click on the down arrow in Resource Names field and from the drop-down list, select a team member (marked with an icon). To add a resource that is not a team member, simply insert his name in Resource Names field. Another way to assign a team member or a resource to a task, is to select a task and go to menu Team - Assign - Team Member / Resource.
