You can add Sprints using the Agile – Scrum methodology. Just go to the Project menu, select the Agile option and from Agile Methodology dialog select “Scrum” and click “OK”. From “Scrum” menu select Manage option and fill in the required fields (Name, Length, Start and Finish) and then click “OK”. Then go to the Sprint Planning Board view and add the tasks to the desired Sprint.
