To share your project with other team members, please follow the steps below: Sign in with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app. Open the desired project. Go to menu File – Share - Share Link . Click on the Copy Link Send the link to the desired team member. The team member will be able to access the file by pasting the received link in his browser and then clicking on the “ Open in Project Plan 365 ” button or by accessing the File menu – Open – URL – paste the URL and click on the “ Open ” button.
