Field	Description
Task fields	​
Active (task field)	The Active field is useful when various proposals are being presented for a Project plan and ultimately one course of action will be selected. The Active field is also useful when a task or set of tasks is being cut because of a scaling back of project scope.
Actual Cost (task field)	The Actual Cost field shows costs incurred for work already performed by resources on their tasks, together with any other recorded costs associated with the task.
Actual Finish (task field)	The Actual Finish field shows the date and time when a task or assignment was completed.
Actual Start (task field)	The Actual Start field shows the date and time that a task or an assignment actually began, based on progress information that you entered.
Actual Work (task field)	The Actual Work field shows the amount of work that has already been done by resources assigned to tasks. The timephased versions of these fields show values distributed over time.
Baseline Cost (task field)	The Baseline Cost field shows the total planned cost for a task, a resource for all assigned tasks, or for work to be performed by a resource on a task.
Constraint Date (task field)	The Constraint Date field shows the specific date associated with certain constraint types, such as Must Start On, Must Finish On, Start No Earlier Than, Start No Later Than, Finish No Earlier Than, and Finish No Later Than.
Constraint Type (task field)	The Constraint Type field provides choices for the type of constraint you can apply for scheduling a task.
Contact (task field)	The Contact field contains the name of an individual responsible for a task.
Cost (task field)	The Cost field shows the total scheduled or projected cost for a task, resource, or assignment, based on costs already incurred for work performed by resources assigned to the tasks, in addition to the costs planned for the remaining work.
Deadline (task field)	The Deadline field shows the date you enter as a deadline for the task. A deadline is a target date that indicates when you want a task to be completed.
Duration (task field)	The Duration field shows the total span of active working time for a task.
Effort Driven (task field)	The Effort Driven field indicates whether the scheduling for the task is effort-driven scheduling.
Enterprise Custom Fields
Finish (task field)	The Finish field shows the date when a task is scheduled to be completed.
Finish1-10 (task fields)	The Finish1 through Finish10 fields can store any task, resource, or assignment finish date information.
ID (task field)	The ID field contains the identifier number that Project automatically assigns to each task or resource as you add them to the project.
Level Assignments (task field)	The Level Assignments field indicates whether the leveling function can delay and split individual assignments (instead of the whole task) in order to resolve overallocations.
Leveling Can Split (task field)	The Leveling Can Split field indicates whether the resource leveling function can cause splits on remaining work on this task.
Leveling Delay (task field)	The Leveling Delay field contains the time that a task or assignment is to be delayed from its early start date because of resource leveling.
Marked (task field)	The Marked task field indicates whether a task is marked for additional action or identification of some kind.
Milestone (task field)	The Milestone field indicates whether a task is a milestone.
Name (task field)	The Name field contains the name of a task or a resource.
Notes (task field)	The Notes field contains comments you can enter about a task, resource, or assignment.
Outline Level (task field)	The Outline Level field indicates the put of a task or assignment in the project outline hierarchy.
Outline Number (task field)	The Outline Number field contains the number that represents a task's position in the hierarchical outline structure.
Overallocated (task field)	The Overallocated field indicates whether a resource is assigned to more work on a specific task or all tasks than can be completed within normal working capacity.
Percent (%) Complete (task field)	The % Complete field contains the current status of a task, expressed as the percentage of the task's duration that has been completed.
Physical Percent (%) Complete (task field)	The Physical % Complete field shows an entered percent complete value that can be be used as an alternative for calculating budgeted cost of work performed (BCWP).
Predecessors (task field)	The Predecessors field lists the task ID numbers for the predecessor tasks on which the task depends before it can be started or finished.
Priority (task field)	The Priority field indicates the level of importance given to a task, which in turn indicates how readily a task or assignment can be delayed or split during resource leveling.
Recurring (task field)	The Recurring field indicates whether a task is part of a series of recurring tasks.
Regular Work (task field)	The Regular Work field shows the total amount of nonovertime work scheduled to be performed by resources.
Remaining Cost (task field)	The Remaining Cost field shows the remaining scheduled expense that will be incurred in completing the remaining scheduled work.
Remaining Duration (task field)	The Remaining Duration field shows the time that is required to complete the unfinished part of a task.
Remaining Work (task field)	The Remaining Work field shows the time, such as person-hours or days, still required to complete a task or set of tasks.
Resource Names (task field)	The Resource Names field lists the names of all resources assigned to a task.
Start (task field)	The Start field shows the date when an assigned resource is scheduled to begin working on a task.
Start Slack (task field)	The Start Slack field contains the duration between the Early Start and Late Start dates.
Stop (task field)	The Stop field shows the date that represents the end of the actual portion of a task.
Successors (task field)	The Successors field lists the task ID numbers for the successor tasks to a task.
Summary (task field)	The Summary field indicates whether a task is a summary task.
Task Mode (task field)	The Task Mode field indicates whether a task is scheduled manually or automatically, which gives you the option of deciding how much control you want over task scheduling in a project. By default, tasks are set as manually scheduled, with a start date, finish date, and duration that you define.
Total Slack (task field)	The Total Slack field contains the time a task's finish date can be delayed without delaying the project's finish date.
Type (task field)	The Type field provides choices that control the effect that editing work, assignment units, or duration has on the calculations of the other two fields.
WBS (task field)	The WBS field contains work breakdown structure (WBS) codes.
WBS Predecessors (task field)	The WBS Predecessors field lists the work breakdown structure (WBS) codes associated with the predecessor tasks on which the task depends before it can start or finish.
Work (task field)	The Work field shows the total time scheduled on a task for all assigned resources, the total time to which a resource is scheduled on all assigned tasks, or the total amount of time scheduled for a resource on a task.
Resource fields	​
Actual Cost (resource field)	The Actual Cost field shows costs incurred for work already performed by resources on their tasks, along with any other recorded costs associated with the task.
Actual Overtime Cost (resource field)	The Actual Overtime Cost field shows costs incurred for overtime work already performed on tasks by assigned resources.
Actual Overtime Work (resource field)	The Actual Overtime Work field contains the actual amount of overtime work already performed by resources assigned to tasks. The timephased versions of these fields show values distributed over time.
Actual Work (resource field)	The Actual Work field shows the amount of work that has already been done by resources assigned to tasks. The timephased versions of these fields show values distributed over time.
Available From (resource field)	The Available From field shows the starting date that a resource is available for work at the units specified for the current time period.
Available To (resource field)	The Available To field shows the end date that a resource is available for work at the units specified for the current time period.
Baseline Cost (resource field)	The Baseline Cost field shows the total planned cost for a task, a resource for all assigned tasks, or for work to be performed by a resource on a task.
Baseline Work (resource field)	The Baseline Work field shows the total planned person-hours scheduled for a task, resource, or assignment.
BCWP (Earned Value or EV) (resource field)	The BCWP (budgeted cost of work performed) field contains the cumulative value of the task's, resource's, or assignments's percent complete multiplied by the timephased baseline costs.
Cost (resource field)	The Cost field shows the total scheduled or projected cost for a task, resource, or assignment, based on costs already incurred for work performed by resources assigned to the tasks, in addition to the costs planned for the remaining work.
CV (resource fields)	The CV (earned value cost variance) field shows the difference between how much it should have cost and how much it has actually cost to achieve the current level of completion up to the status date or today's date.
Email Address (resource fields)	The Email Address field contains the e-mail address of a resource.
Enterprise Custom Fields
Finish (resource field)	The Finish field shows the date when a resource is scheduled to complete work on all assigned tasks.
Generic (resource field)	The Generic field indicates whether a resource is generic or not.
Group (resource field)	The Group field contains the name of the group that a resource belongs to.
ID (resource field)	The ID field contains the identifier number that Project automatically assigns to each task or resource as you add them to the project.
Initials (resource field)	The Initials field shows the abbreviation for a resource name.
Material Label (resource field)	The Material Label field contains the unit of measurement you enter for a material resource, for example, tons, boxes, or cubic yards.
Max Units (resource field)	The Max Units field contains the maximum percentage or number of units representing the maximum capacity for which a resource is available to accomplish any tasks during the current time period.
Name (resource field)	The Name field contains the name of a task or a resource.
Notes (resource field)	The Notes field contains comments you can enter about a task, resource, or assignment.
Overallocated (resource fields)	The Overallocated field indicates whether a resource is assigned to more work on a specific task or all tasks than can be completed within normal working capacity.
Overtime Cost (resource field)	The Overtime Cost field shows the total overtime cost for a task, for a resource on all assigned tasks, or for a resource assignment.
Overtime Work (resource field)	The Overtime Work field contains the amount of overtime scheduled to be performed by all resources assigned to a task, for all tasks assigned to a resource, or by a resource on a task, and charged at the overtime rates of the resources involved.
Peak (resource field)	The Peak field contains the maximum percentage or number of units for which a resource is assigned at any one time for tasks.
Phonetics (resource field)	The Phonetics field is used only in the Japanese version of Project.
Project (resource field)	The Project field shows the name of the subprojects where tasks, resources, or assignments originate.
Regular Work (resource field)	The Regular Work field shows the total amount of nonovertime work scheduled to be performed by resources.
Remaining Cost (resource field)	The Remaining Cost field shows the remaining scheduled expense that will be incurred in completing the remaining scheduled work.
Remaining Overtime Cost (resource field)	The Remaining Overtime Cost field shows the remaining scheduled overtime expense for a task, resource, or assignment.
Remaining Overtime Work (resource field)	The Remaining Overtime Work field shows the amount of remaining scheduled overtime.
Remaining Work (resource field)	The Remaining Work field shows the time, such as person-hours or days, still required to complete a task or set of tasks.
Standard Rate (resource field)	The Standard Rate field shows the rate of pay for regular, non-overtime work performed by a resource.
Start (resource field)	The Start field shows the date when a resource is scheduled to begin.
SV (resource field)	The SV (earned value schedule variance) field shows the difference in cost between the current progress and the baseline plan of a task, all assigned tasks of a resource, or for an assignment up to the status date or today's date.
Type (resource fields)	The Type field provides choices that control the effect that editing work, assignment units, or duration has on the calculations of the other two fields.
Work (resource field)	The Work field shows the total time scheduled on a task for all assigned resources, the total time to which a resource is scheduled on all assigned tasks, or the total amount of time scheduled for a resource on a task.
Assignment fields	​
Actual Cost (assignment field)	The Actual Cost field shows costs incurred for work already performed by resources on their tasks together with any other recorded costs associated with the task.
Actual Finish (assignment field)	The Actual Finish field shows the date and time when a task or assignment was completed.
Actual Start (assignment field)	The Actual Start field shows the date and time that a task or an assignment actually began, based on progress information that you entered.
Actual Work (assignment field)	The Actual Work field shows the amount of work that has already been done by resources assigned to tasks. The timephased versions of these fields show values distributed over time.
Baseline Cost (assignment field)	The Baseline Cost field shows the total planned cost for a task, a resource for all assigned tasks, or for work to be performed by a resource on a task.
Baseline Finish (assignment field)	The Baseline Finish field shows the planned completion date for a task or assignment at the time that you saved a baseline.
Baseline Start (assignment field)	The Baseline Start field shows the planned start date for a task or assignment at the time that you saved a baseline.
Baseline Work (assignment field)	The Baseline Work field shows the total planned person-hours scheduled for a task, resource, or assignment.
Cost (assignment field)	The Cost field shows the total scheduled or projected cost for a task, resource, or assignment, based on costs already incurred for work performed by resources assigned to the tasks, in addition to the costs planned for the remaining work.
Finish (assignment field)	The Finish field shows the date when an assigned resource is scheduled to complete work on a task.

Notes (assignment field)	The Notes field contains comments you can enter about a task, resource, or assignment.
Peak (assignment field)	The Peak field contains the maximum percentage or number of units for which a resource is assigned at any one time for tasks.
Resource (assignment field)	The Resource field contains the resource to which an assignment belongs.
Resume (assignment field)	The Resume field shows the date that the remaining portion of a assignment is scheduled to resume after you enter any progress.
Start (assignment field)	The Start field shows the date when an assigned resource is scheduled to begin working on a task.
Task (assignment field)	The Task field contains the task to which an assignment belongs.
Units (assignment field)	The Assignment Units fields show the percentage or number that represents the assigned resources' allocation to a task.
Work (assignment field)	The Work field shows the total time scheduled on a task for all assigned resources, the total time to which a resource is scheduled on all assigned tasks, or the total amount of time scheduled for a resource on a task.
Project fields	​
Comments (project field)	The Comments field contains project notes.
Start Date (project field)	The Start field shows the date when new tasks are scheduled to begin by default.
Status Date (project field)	The Status date field represents the date set to report the project’s progress.
Title (project field)	The Title field shows the project name.

Note: Please take into account that during the import of your project plan using the planner application, some information and customizations made to your mpp file, may be removed such as: summary assignments, overtime data, summary successors and predecessors, additional calendar working time definitions. In addition to this, manual TPD (timephased data) is set as auto TPD.
