To start a new project from Project Plan 365 Portal using our application, go to our Online Portal, then Sign In with your email and password. If you don’t have an account, you can create one or you can Sign In with a third-party login. Go to Projects page and click on the Create new project button. A dialog will appear asking you to make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device by clicking the Download Project Plan 365 app.If you already have the latest version, click on the Create New Project button. The browser will request to allow Project Plan 365 Portal to open the app. Click Open Project Plan 365 and the application with a new project will open.Note: In the browser request, check the “Always allow www.projectplan365.com to open links of this type in the associated app” checkbox so the request won’t appear each time.

1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store. 
2. Open iProject Viewer application. 
3. Go to menu Help - Register – Manage Apple Store Subscriptions. 
4. Press on Restore Standard Editor Subscription. 
5. Wait for the confirmation message. 
6. Sign In with your Project 365 email and password inside the application in order to transfer the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account.  

1. Open iProject Viewer application. 
2. Go to menu Help – Register – Manage Apple Store Subscriptions. 
3. Press on Restore Standard Editor Subscription. 
4. Wait for the confirmation message. 
5. If you don’t have a Project 365 account, Sign Up in our Online Portal.
6. Sign In with your email and password inside the application in order to copy the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account. 
7. Then, if you want to use the subscription on other devices or platforms you need to download and install on that device the latest app from our Download page.   
8. Then Sign In with your email and password inside iProject Viewer application (look upper right corner for Sign In button).   

1. First please check if you are signed in on App Store with the account used to buy the subscription (to find this info, open Settings, Click on iTunes & App Store and on Apple ID check your email address).  
2. Go inside application and in menu Help – Register press on the Manage Apple Store Subscription  
3. Press on the Restore Standard Editor Subscription   
4. Wait for the confirmation message.

2. Open the application. 
3. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to start a 30 days free trial. Click on the Start your free 30 days Trial Now button. 
4. Click on the Start Standard Editor button.
5. Insert your Apple ID and password. 
6. Click on the Done button. 
7. Sign Up to iProject Viewer. Insert your email and password or Sign Up with a third-party account.

To purchase the Business Editor Subscription from App Store, please follow the steps below: 

1. Download and install our latest Project Viewer 365 application from App Store. 
2. Open the application. 
3. Once you open the application a dialog will appear to start a 30 days free trial. Click on the Start your free 30 days Trial Now button. 
4. A dialog will be displayed that presents you the Project Viewer 365 Subscription Plans.
5. Click the “Start Business Editor Subscription” button. 
6. Insert your Apple ID and password. 
7. Click the “Buy” button. 
8. Click the “OK” button.
9. In the next dialog click the “Continue” button.
10. Click the “OK” button. 
11. Sign Up to Project Plan 365 Portal. Insert your email and password or Sign Up with a third-party account.
12. Insert the Business Name, Phone Number, and select the Business Size, Country,Team and click on the Create Your Team button. 
13. In the next dialog, you can invite other team members into your organization.

The Portfolio Info functionality is currently available only on Windows, Mac and iOS platforms.

The Enterprise Team Planner view is available on Project Plan 365 for Windows and Mac.

The Team Member Planner dialog is available on Project Plan 365 for Windows and Mac.

The Work Schedule Calendar functionality is currently available on the Windows and Mac platforms.

The Status Table can be found in the Project menu - Table – More tables option. Please note that the Status table is currently only available for Project Plan 365 for Mac, Windows and iOS apps.
