A Task List can be saved when it is opened and updated just by pressing the "Save" button. Both the Task List and its associated .MPP file in the "Site Assets" directory will be updated.

To save a project to SharePoint Task List click File - Save As - SharePoint - SharePoint Task List. When you select SharePoint Task List you will be asked first to authenticate into your SharePoint site which is stored by the application. If the Office 365 authentication is successful, a dialog will appear asking to enter a name for the new SharePoint Task List.

To open a Task List from SharePoint go to File menu - Open SharePoint - SharePoint Task List. Enter the URL address of the SharePoint Task List in the dialog box. The URL for the Task List can be taken from the browser when accessing the SharePoint Task List.

To open a file from SharePoint online, please make sure that the URL does not contain the full path to your file you want to open. The URL must be only the link to your SharePoint site.

At this point it’s not possible to change the timescale for a report. As a workaround, you can go to Resource Usage view and change the timescale to months, then you can export it to PDF (menu Team - Export to PDF).

To assign the same resources for all instances of a recurring task, enter the resource for one instance, then copy paste the Resource Name field for each instance. After you have inserted the resources for a couple of instances you can select multiple Resource Names fields and then copy/paste them.

The files you saved on your iOS device in multiple applications should appear in “On my [device]” section of the Files app. This is also the case for Project Plan 365. All the files saved in our app, in the “Device” location, will appear in this section.
