How do I start a 30-Day Business Trial?

To start the Business Trial, please go to our Project Plan 365 Free Trial page and click on the “Start free trial” button. Type your email address and a password, select the Business Subscription option from the Summary panel, then click on the “Continue” button. Once you created your account, fill in all the required information and a valid credit card number then click on the “Start trial” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment for your 30-day Standard Trial to start. In Account and Billing pages you will see the details about the Business Trial. After this, you can invite other Team Members to join your organization in Team Members page.

In order to use the Business Trial features, download and install our latest application from our website https://www.projectplan365.com/download/. Then, each team member needs to Sign In with his email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.

Note: Please know that you won’t be charged during the 30-day free trial. Your card will be automatically debited for the number of assigned subscriptions only if you don’t cancel Auto-Renewal before your trial expires.

The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel automatic renewal or manage your subscriptions, read the Cancel Subscription online help article.

Can I use Project Plan 365 without paying anything?

You can use our application in "Free Read-Only" mode to open and view the .MPP files or you can start a 30-Days free Trial in order to have access to the fully functional product.

To Sign Up with an Apple account, go to our Sign Up page and click on the Sign Up with Apple button. Insert your Apple ID and password. Wait for the two-factor authentication code. Insert the code. Afterwards, choose if you want to Share or Hide your email. If you choose the Hide My Email option, we suggest you share with us a real/valid email for better user experience. You will receive an email with details about your account.

Once your account was created, you will be redirected to the Subscription Plans page. Click on the “Try 1-month free” button under the desired Subscription. Where is the Outline Number?

In order to see the outline number you can either insert the WBS column, go to menu File-Options and in Advanced tab check the Show outline number option or check the “Outline Number” checknox directly from the “Format” menu. The outline number will appear in the Task Name column.
