The possible reasons why the code could not be applied are:
- you entered an inexistent promotional code;
- you entered an expired promotional code;
- you entered a promotional code for a different product or subscription;
- you have already applied a promotional code for the current purchase.

Answer
You can change the view by going to the "View" menu and select one of the available views. Another way to change the view is to select the desired view from the left side "View" bar. Also you can quickly change the view by selecting it from the drop-down list from the "Toolbar view name list".

The Gantt Chart can't be removed. If you want to hide the Gantt Chart in the Gantt Chart View, you could position the cursor on the middle bar between the grid and the Gantt Chart until a two-arrow icon appears and then drag the bar completely to the right. Also if you want only the tasks to be visible you can use the "Task Sheet" view.

When you assign a new team member to your organization, the invited user will receive an email to join your organization. If the team member doesn’t have an account on our website, in the received email will be a link where the team member can set the password for his account. After that he needs to Sign In with his email and password inside the application (look upper right corner for the Sign In button).

If you have renewed your subscription and the data has not been updated into the application please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure you downloaded and installed our latest application from App Store.
2. Open the application.
3. Go to menu “Help” – “Subscriptions”.
4. Click on “Restore Standard Subscription”.
5. Wait for the confirmation message.
6. Sign In with your Project 365 email and password inside the application in order to transfer the subscription information from App Store to your Project 365 account.
