How to delete a project from My Projects - Drive 365?

In order to delete a project from My Projects – Drive365 cloud, go to the File menu – Open – My Projects – Drive 365 and select the right division folder (if needed). From the file picker, right-click on the file you want to remove and select Delete option in the contextual menu. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

Are we able to set policies that restrict how documents are shared through the application?

If you purchase the Business Subscription, each user can have a role (Editor, Collaborator, Viewer). Based on the given role, he can modify the entire plan, modify some specific fields or only view the file.

There is also the Divisions functionality that restricts member access to certain projects based on assigned division.

Can I download Online Templates on my local device?

Can I save a template file to my local device?

Answer
Yes, you can save a template file to your local device. Go to File – New, choose a template and click Create button. The template will open and then you can go to File menu – Save As – Computer and choose a location from your device where the template will be saved.
How do I change the start date for a template?

To change the start date for a template, go to File menu – New, search and select the right template. Before clicking Create button in order to create the template, you have the option to change the Start Date directly from the template dialog. The default Start Date for a template is the current working day.
What does “Suggested Search” mean?

The Suggested Search refers to the keywords suggested for you that are located under the search bar. Each keyword represents an industry for which you may search project plans templates.
How do I search for a template inside the application?

To search for a template inside the application, go to File menu – New, type the right keyword in the search bar and click the Search icon or Enter key.
Can I import specific team members in my project plan created based on a template?

You can select and import the team members you want in the project created based on a template by checking the Import team members checkbox right before clicking Create button in template dialog.
Are the Global Settings applied when creating a project plan based on a template?

For the Global Settings to be applied in the project created based on a template, you must check the Use Global Settings checkbox right before clicking Create button in template dialog.

To set the Admin flag for a team member, go to Team menu – Manage Team, select a team member and click Open Team Member Information. In Team Member Information dialog, select Yes for the Admin field. Note that you must have Admin rights to perform this operation.
How do I assign divisions to team members?

To assign divisions to a team member, go to Team menu – Manage Team, select a team member and click Open Team Member Information. In Team Member Information dialog, select from Divisions combo box the ones you want the team member to be part of. Note that you must have Admin rights to perform this operation.
How do I edit a team member’s information?

To edit a team member’s information, go to Team menu – Manage Team, select a team member and click Open Team Member Information. In Team Member Information dialog, you can edit the Name, set the Role and Admin rights, assign the team member to Divisions, set the Schedule and add Time Off. Note that you must have Admin rights to perform this operation.
Why can’t I change my own admin flag?

You cannot change your own Admin flag. Please contact another Admin if you want your Admin flag to be changed. 
Why can’t I delete a team member from my organization?

If you cannot delete a team member from your organization, it means that you do not have the rights to perform this operation. Only Admin users can delete team members from organization. Please contact your team administrator for more information.
Why can’t I change the “Admin” flag?

If you cannot set the Admin flag, it means that you do not have administrator rights. Only Admin users can set the Admin flag. Please contact your team administrator for more information.
Why can’t I add a team member with editor role?

Only Admin users can add team members with Editor role. Please contact your team administrator for more information.
How can I view all projects from my division inside the application?

Answer
In order to view all the projects from your division, you need to go to File menu – Account – Organization Information – Divisions, select your division and click the Projects button. You will see the list with all the business projects that were saved in your division’s folder from My Projects - Drive 365.
