If you have bought a subscription from our website and inside the application it still states you are still in trial or Free Read-Only mode, please Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app (look upper right corner for Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button).

To Sign In inside Project Plan 365, open the application and look upper right corner for the Sign In button or go to the backstage menu File - Account and click the Sign In button. Insert your Project Plan 365 email address and password or Sign In with a third-party account (Apple, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn).

To see the calendar for a specific resource, go to the Change Working Time tab in the Project menu. Select from For calendar list any individual resource calendar.Another option is to open the Resource Information dialog for a specific resource and click the Change Working Time button. The resource’s calendar will be automatically selected in For calendar list.

To change the working time of a resource, you need to look in the resource calendar. To do this, go to the Project menu, click the Change Working Time button and then select from For calendar list any individual resource. Or you could open Resource Information for the resource and click Change Working Time button. For the desired resource, change the working time from Work Weeks tab – Details.

If you have already purchased but your subscription still shows up as a trial, you need to restore the subscription in Project Plan 365 app. In order to restore your subscription, please go to the File menu – Account tab – Account Information subtab and click on the “Restore Subscription” button. Another way to restore your subscription is to Sign Out and back Sign In inside the application.

To renew the Standard Subscription, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your Owner account. In Account page click on Renew Subscriptions button. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew and insert the billing info and credit card info, then click on the Place Order button. Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

In order to edit and save .mpp files, you need to have an active account with the role set as Editor. You can verify your role by accessing our Online Portal Page. Sign In with your email and password, click on Team tab and check your role.Or you can verify it from our app by going to Team menu – Manage Team.

To remove a team member from organization, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and in Team page click on remove icon that is assigned to the desired resource that you want to be removed. You can also remove the team member from our app by going to Team menu – Manage Team and clicking Delete icon for the corresponding team member. Note that you must have Admin rights to perform this operation.

If you have purchased the Enterprise license from our website and want to use it on another device, please download and install our latest application from our Download page. Open the application and go to Help menu– About (or File menu – Account - About), and click the Enter Product key button .

To change the name of a team member go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and in Team page and set a new name for your team member. Or you can also change it from our app by going to Team menu – Manage Team, select the team member and click Open Team Member Information. Then, set a new Name for the team member. Note that you must have Admin rights to perform this operation.

To enter the license key, go to menu Help – About (or File menu – Account - About), and click the Enter Product key button. Insert the license key and click the Register button. Please note that if you purchased the Standard or Business Subscription for Project Plan 365 app, you don't need a license key, just Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app. The license key can be used only for local installed application on Mac and Windows devices.
