Please Sign In with your email and password in our Online Portal page.

Then, go to Team page and assign the read-only role for the necessary team-members. After that, click on the Renew Subscriptions button in My Account page.

How do I access Page Setup for reports on Mac?

You can access only the Print dialog where you can adjust the Page Orientation and Paper Size.

To do this, you need to select the desired report and then press “Select”. Then, the Print dialog will appear where you can make the adjustment. You can then press the “Print” or “Save as PDF” options.

How do I delete my account?

Where is the Sign Out button inside the application?

In order to Sign Out from the application, go to menu File-Account and click on the Sign Out button. Another way is to click on the dropdown arrow near your email address in the top right corner, then click Sign Out.

I can't click on current date field.

The "Current Date" field in the Project Information dialog isn't editable.

How to change the height of the legend?

In order to change the height of the legend, go to the File menu - Print - Page Setup dialog. Click on "Legend" tab and from "Width" select the desired value and press "OK".
I notice that you update the project planning software fairly often. Will I get an email when the latest version is live?

We do a big press release with emails once a year but for the major releases. For the small ones you can go to the What’s New section of the site anytime you want.
How do I split the costs for a task per months?

You can create subtasks with Phases 1, 2, 3..12. For each Phase/month you can assign the costs.
I cannot find all the features in the menu on the Mac application.
