Can I apply filters on Bubble View?

You can apply filters on the Bubble View, so you can focus easily on the tasks that you are interested in. In order to apply a filter, select the Filter option under Project menu, and select a filter from the list. To apply a filter that isn’t in that list, click More Filters, select a filter from the dialog and then click Apply.

Bubble View is available for all your projects, you just have to access it from the left side View Bar or from View menu – Bubble View. Once you clicked on Bubble View button, you will see the default Bubble View, which will open on Status group.

Bubble View offers a dynamic and colorful visualization of your project. It allows you to easily visualize tasks based on certain task field values (i.e. Duration, Status, Critical, Milestones, Cost). You can either use the built-in groups to group your tasks based on specific criteria (i.e. task status), which will conveniently colorize the tasks based on their group, or provide your own formatting rules based on task fields value.

In Gantt Chart view, please insert the units allocated by the resource for a specific task. For example, if a resource allocates 50% for each task, in Resource Names column insert resource_name[50%].

If you want the printed project to contain only certain tasks you can use the "Filter" functionality and use one of the predefined filters. Another option, which offers even more flexibility would be to use the "Autofilter" functionality. Using this, you can select the exact tasks you want to display in the view. Then, go to the menu File - Print.

If you want to print only a column, or only certain columns, you can hide the other undesired columns by selecting each one of them and then going to Format -> Hide column. When you remain with only the desired columns go to the menu File - Print.

How to change the height of the headings?

The height of the headings can't be manually changed. If you want to change the height of the headings you need to change the height of the Timescale. In order to do that, go to the Format menu - Timescale. Select "Top Tier" tab and from "Show" field select "Three Tiers(Top, Middle, Bottom)" and press "Ok" in the dialog for changes to take effect.

The diagonal line from the Network Diagram boxes represent the tasks that are in progress.

The crossed diagonal lines from the boxes represent the tasks that are completed.

Why I can't use the"Real time collaboration" feature?

You need a Business Subscription in order to use the "Real Time Collaboration" feature.
I have just started trial. When I request a save, it does not give me option of placing the file in a specific directory.

If your file is already saved in a location, when you click on File- Save the file is overwritten with the new changes.

If your file is not saved yet, please go to menu File-Save As in order to select the location. Also, if your file is not saved yet on another location and you go to menu File-Save you will need to select the location where to save the file.

Is it possible to change the date format on the web application?

You can change the date format in our Web application, but is dependent to app language: If the language is set to English you can choose from American date formats (where the month comes first). If the language is set to French, let’s say, you can choose between “European” date formats. There is also a list of standard date formats that don't depend on the language set inside the application.
