With the subscription from our website or App Store/Microsoft Store, with one simple Sign In, you can use our product on multiple devices and multiple platforms.

Only the entire organization can be upgraded to Business Subscription.

After your trial expires, you can use our Project Plan 365 application in free read-only mode and you can view and print your mpp files.

You can purchase multiple Standard Subscriptions under the same account and this will be the owner of the organization in Project Plan 365 Portal.

In order to create a new project from the https://www.projectplan365.com/ups/Account, click on "Projects" button then on "New Project" button. You will be redirected to our https://www.projectplan365.com/projectviewernow/tViews.aspx.

You cannot assign to a user both Editor and Read-Only role.

You can assign a subscription to a different user in Team Members page from our Online Portal. Remove a team member or change the role to Read-Only for an existing user and assign the remaining subscription to another team member.

You can have more team members than purchased subscriptions but the extra team members need to have the Read-Only role. The Editors in your organization need to have a purchased subscription assigned. The Read-Only team members do not need a purchased subscription.

You can assign more team members into your organization than purchased subscriptions. The only condition is that the role for the new added team members to be Read-Only. If you want to add an Editor, you need to purchase another subscription.

After I buy the Standard package from the website will I receive a license key?

After you buy the Standard Subscription you will have the subscription assigned to the email address on which you were logged in when the payment has been done. In order to use the purchased subscription, you need to Sign In with your email and password inside Project Plan 365 app (look upper right corner for Sign In button).

There are two possibilities. You purchased the application from the store (Microsoft Store, App Store, Google Play Store) and you don't need to Sign In, just go to menu Help-Subscriptions and press on Start Complete Editor Subscription. Or you purchased the application from our website and you don't remember the email address you used. Please submit a ticket to our Support Team. 

The Editor has full control over an mpp file. The Read-Only member can only open and read the file.

Users assigned in a Standard or Business organization can have the following roles: Editor, Read-Only.

Is the Team Planner view available on the Standard license or only on the Business license?

The Team Planner view is available for both Standard and Business Subscription.

The Priority field indicates the level of importance given to a task, which in turn indicates how readily a task or assignment can be delayed or split during resource leveling. Priority levels range from 0 - 1000. The lowest priority is 0. The default priority is 500.

To find a specific task or word, click on the Task menu – Find – select the desired information in the dialog box and click Find Next.

To enter a per-use cost resource click View - Resource Sheet. In the entry table click on column Type select Cost. After this, assign that resource of type cost to a task using the Task Information dialog. In Resources tab select the cost resource and enter the cost, then click on the OK button.
