The "Completed Tasks" report displays a list with task information for tasks that are 100% complete (have both actual start and finish dates saved).

In order to create the Tasks in Progress report for your plan, go to menu Report – Current Activities - Tasks in Progress.

The "Tasks in Progress" report displays a list with task information for tasks that have the % complete value between 1 and 99 (have an actual start date but no actual end date saved).

In order to create the Tasks Starting Soon report for your plan, go to menu Report - Current Activities - Tasks Starting Soon.

The "Tasks Starting Soon" report displays the tasks starting within a specified timescale.

In order to create the Unstarted Tasks report for your plan, go to menu Report – Current Activities - Unstarted Tasks.

The "Unstarted Tasks" report displays a list with information for tasks that have 0% complete (have no actual start date saved).

In order to create the Working Days report for your plan, go to menu Report – Overview- Working Days.

The "Working Days" report displays the working days for the base calendar with their exceptions.

In order to create a Milestones report, go to menu Report - Overview - Milestones.

The “Milestones” report displays the list of milestones from your project sorted by start date.

In order to create the Critical Tasks report for your plan, go to menu Report - Overview - Critical Tasks.

The "Critical Tasks" report displays the list of critical tasks in project with their start and finish dates, successors, resources and so on.

In order to create the Top-Level Tasks report for your plan, go to menu Report - Overview - Top Level Tasks.

The "Top-Level Tasks" report displays a list of information for tasks that are outlined at level 1 in the Project.

You can export the JIRA project to Excel/CSV and then import the file in our Project Plan 365 app. To do this go to File-Import-Import from Excel.

The "Project Summary" report displays a summary of the project dates, durations, costs, work and task status.

In order to generate the Project Summary report, go to menu Report – Overview - Project Summary.
