Project Plan 365 does not have a mechanism to enforce, restrict or set policies on how files are saved or shared. This may be achieved via your internal network policies.

Does opening a file from local device on the free viewer (web version) cause data to be sent over the internet, or does it remain within my network?

Data is sent over a secure SSL encrypted connection to our web server, processed on the server then deleted from the memory. Data is not stored on the server.

To open a project from your local device is the same as opening in any program. Select File - Open - Computer and choose the desired project then click Open.

Unless you are using our Web application you can open files directly from the Explorer. Browse the desired project (.mpp) and then just double click on the file.

Our application offers support to open plans for all Project Server 2019 earlier versions. For saving plans we are compatible with Project Server 2013, 2016 and 2019.
What information does the Organizer contain?

The Organizer, on the left side contains a list of all elements from the global template file, whereas on the right side there is a list of all elements available in the currently opened project file.

How do I change the timescale in the "Who does what when" report from the default days to months?

At this point it’s not possible to change the timescale for a report. As a workaround, you can go to Resource Usage view and change the timescale to months, then you can export it to PDF (menu Team - Export to PDF).
Is there a quick way to assign the same resources to all instances of a recurring task?

To assign the same resources for all instances of a recurring task, enter the resource for one instance, then copy paste the Resource Name field for each instance. After you have inserted the resources for a couple of instances you can select multiple Resource Names fields and then copy/paste them.
Where are the files saved on iOS device?

The files you saved on your iOS device in multiple applications should appear in “On my [device]” section of the Files app. This is also the case for Project Plan 365. All the files saved in our app, in the “Device” location, will appear in this section.
