What are the MS Project supported versions?

The following Microsoft Project file formats are supported: Microsoft Project files 2010, Microsoft Project files 2013, Microsoft Project files 2016, Microsoft Project files 2019, Microsoft Project files 2021 and Microsoft Project files 2024. In this way, you don't need to have Microsoft Project installed on your device so that you can access MS Project information.

How do I renew the Business Subscription directly from the application?

Subscriptions will automatically renew if the Auto-Renewal is enabled.

If the Auto-Renewal is disabled, you can manually renew the Business subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 application by going to File menu – Account – Purchase and click the Renew Subscriptions button. A pop-up dialog will appear. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, edit the billing info, then click the Place Order button.

Note: For users using the Stripe payment services, to renew the Business Subscription, go to menu File – Account – Purchase and click the Renew Subscriptions button. You will be redirected to your default browser. Click on the View details button and select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, enter a valid credit card and click on “Subscribe” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.

To renew the Business Subscription, go to our Project Plan 365 Portal and Sign In with your Owner account. In Account page click on the Renew Subscriptions button. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew and insert the billing info and credit card info, then click on the Place Order button. Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

You can also renew the Business Subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – AccountPurchase and click the Renew Subscriptions button. Then, follow the steps mentioned above.

To apply Promotional Codes when renewing a subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Project Plan 365 Portal Page and Sign In with your Owner account.
  2. In Account page click on the Renew Subscriptions button.
  3. Select the number of subscriptions that you want to renew, click on Enter Promotional Code label, type a valid promotional code and click on Apply Code button.
  4. Make sure the promotional code has been applied.
  5. Edit the billing info, then click on the Place Order button.

Note that you can renew a number greater or equal to the number of assigned Editor subscriptions.

To apply a promotional code, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to our Purchase page and click on the “Buy Subscription” button that is associated with the Business Subscription.
  2. Sign In with your email and password.
  3. In the Payment Information Page click on „Add Code” button.
  4. Insert a valid Promotional Code and click Apply.
  5. Add a valid credit card number then click on the “Subscribe” button or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.

  2. Click on the “Buy” button from the “Business Trial Subscription Expires in… days” bar or go to File menu – Account and click the Purchase button.
  3. You will be redirected to the Payment Page in your default browser.
  4. Fill in all the required information and add a valid credit card number then click on the “Subscribe”
  5. Or click on Google Pay/Apple Pay option and confirm the payment.

To upgrade to Business Subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Project Plan 365 Portaland Sign In with your email and password.
  2. In Accountpage click on the Upgrade to Business
  3. Click on the Upgrade to Business Now
  4. You are redirected to the billing page where you can confirm the order.

You can also upgrade to Business Subscription directly from our Project Plan 365 app. Go to File menu – Account – Purchase and click the Upgrade to Business button.

To start the Business Trial using a credit card, please go to our Project Plan 365 Free Trial page and click on the “Start free trial” button. Type your email address and a password, select the Business Subscription option from the Summary panel, then click on the “Continue” button. Once you created your account, fill in all the required information and a valid credit card number then click on the “Start trial” button for your 30-day Standard Trial to start.

Note: Please know that you won’t be charged during the 30-day free trial. Your card will be automatically debited for the number of assigned subscriptions only if you don’t cancel Auto-Renewal before your trial expires.

The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel automatic renewal or manage your subscriptions, read the Cancel Subscription online help article.

In order to evaluate the real-time collaboration feature, please start a 30 days Business Trial on our Project Plan 365 Free Trial page by clicking on the “Start free trial” button. Then, Sign In with your email and password inside the Project Plan 365 app and open a file previously saved in My Projects - Drive 365 cloud service. Then, enable the Collaboration by going to menu Share – Real-Time Collaboration.
