Can I start a trial without adding my card information?

Please know that the credit card is required when starting a trial but if you want you can cancel the Auto-Renewal so you won't be automatically charged at the end of it.If you have any other questions about starting a trial without a credit card, please submit an online ticket with your request at our Support.
Will I be able to use the application after the trial expires?

If you canceled Auto-Renewal and  the trial expires, you can use the application in Free Read-Only mode. This means that you can open and view the project files.

How can I cancel my subscription on Project Plan 365?

To cancel your subscription from App Store please follow the instruction from Apple Support. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf.

To cancel your subscription from Microsoft Store please follow the instruction from Microsoft Store. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf.

If you started a trial on our website and you don’t want to be charged when it expires, please go in our Online Portal and in Account page click on the Cancel Subscription button. Click on Stop Auto-Renewal button. Select a reason and a comment then click on the Stop Auto-Renewal button. You will receive a confirmation email of canceling the Auto-Renewal.

You can also cancel Auto-Renewal for the trial period from the Billing page, in the “Subscription Information” section click the “Manage subscription renewal options”. A dialog will be displayed where you can click the “Stop Auto-Renewal” button, then to enter a reason why you want to stop the Auto-Renewal and click the “Stop Auto-Renewal” button again. You will receive a confirmation email of canceling the Auto-Renewal.

Please note that if you don’t cancel your trial before it expires you will be automatically charged for the number of subscriptions you assigned in the trial period. The subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. If you purchased a subscription from our website and you want to cancel the Auto-Renewal, go to Project Plan 365 Portal, click the “Billing” tab and in the “Subscription Information” section click the “Manage subscription renewal options”. I upgraded to Business Trial and I would like to cancel the Standard Trial before it kicked in at the end of the 30 days trial.

On our website, once you upgraded to Business Trial Subscription, you won't be separately charged after your Standard Trial Subscription expires. Your Standard Trial is automatically connected to the Business Trial.

How do I start a 30-Day Business Trial?

To start the Business Trial, please go to our Project Plan 365 Portal, type your email address and a password then click on the “Sign Up” button. Once you created your account, you will be redirected to the Subscription Plans page. Click on the “Try 1-month free” button under Business Subscription. Fill in all the required information and a valid credit card number then click on the “Start Business Subscription” for your 30-day Business Trial to start. In Account and Billing pages you will see the details about the Business Trial. After this, you can invite other Team Members to join your organization in Team Members page.In order to use the Business Trial features, download and install our latest application from our website https://www.projectplan365.com/download/. Then, each team member needs to Sign In with his email and password inside Project Plan 365 app.Note: Please know that you won’t be charged during the 30-day free trial. Your card will be automatically debited for the number of assigned subscriptions only if you don’t cancel Auto-Renewal before your trial expires.

Why can I only change the quantity of subscriptions to 2?

The reason you are able to change the quantity of subscriptions only to 2 is because you cannot choose a quantity less than the number of assigned Editor roles in your team. To change the roles of your team members please read the Manage Team funk article.
Why can’t I change the quantity for subscriptions?

There are two possibilities:

           
1. You purchased only one subscription. If you purchased only one subscription, the Change Quantity button isn’t available in Billing tab. If you want to purchase more subscriptions, please read the Purchase Standard Subscription or Purchase Business Subscription funk article.

            2. You canceled the automatic renewal for your subscription. If you want to purchase more subscriptions, please read the Purchase Standard Subscription or Purchase Business Subscription funk article.

What does the “Change Quantity” functionality do?

The “Change Quantity” functionality allows you to change the number of subscriptions to a smaller or bigger quantity, depending on the number of assigned Editor roles in the team.
I've Signed In/Signed Up inside the application but it says I'm in Free Read-Only Mode.

The reason why your account is in Free Read-Only Mode is because when you Signed Up to Project Plan 365 you probably didn’t add billing information and didn’t actually start a Standard or Business Trial. To start a 30-day free trial please add your card information by following the steps from Sign Up to Project Plan 365 Online Help Article.

Note: Please know that you can always cancel Auto-Renewal so you wouldn’t be charged when the trial period expires.

What happens if I added multiple team members with Editor role while in trial?

If you add multiple team members with Editor role while you are in trial your card will be automatically debited for the number of assigned subscriptions only if you don’t cancel Auto-Renewal before your trial expires.

Please know that the subscription period will automatically renew unless you turn it off no later than 48 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel automatic renewal or manage your subscriptions, read the Cancel Subscription online help article.

How many team members can I assign to organization when I am in Standard/Business Trial?

When on Standard/Business Trial you can assign as many team members as you want. 

Please know you can add Read-Only users without any additional changes, however if you want to add Editor team members you will have to change the quantity of your Trial Subscriptions. Click here to learn more about how to Change Quantity.

Why can’t I see the “Cancel Subscriptions” button?

There are 2 possibilities why you can’t see the “Cancel Subscription” button:
  1. You are not the owner of the account or don’t have Admin rights.
  2. You already canceled Auto-Renewal for your trial account.

How can I zoom to see the tasks in Timeline View?

To make task names more visible in the Timeline you can use the Zoom functionality.
Go to Project menu – Zoom then click on the “Zoom In” button to make tasks appear wider in the Timeline View.
How can I import an Excel file with extension on XLSM?

To cancel the Advanced View Only Trial, please go to "Help" menu - "Subscriptions" tab and click the "Cancel Subscriptions" button. Then, follow the instructions from Microsoft Store. We have no access to your account and cannot reach them on your behalf.

Is there any way to filter/highlight tasks that do not have successors?

We don’t have a filter to highlight the tasks without successors but you can use the AutoFilter functionality. In order to do that, go to menu Project-Autofilter. Click on the autofilter arrow next to the “Successor” column heading that contains the information you want to display, and then check the Blank value in order to filter the table.

How do I use the Exclusive and Real-Time Collaboration modes?

There are two modes in which you can open a project from Drive 365: exclusive and real-time collaboration. In the exclusive mode, you are the only one who can edit the project if you are the first editor who opened it. If another editor wants to open the same file, he will have the possibility to edit the file in Read-Only Mode but cannot overwrite it. In real-time collaboration mode, multiple team members can make changes to the same project at the same time. Only a team member with an Editor role can enter in exclusive or real-time collaboration mode. As an editor, when opening a project from Drive 365, it will be automatically opened in Exclusive mode if the file is not opened in Exclusive mode by another team member. If the file is already opened in exclusive mode by another team member, you will receive the following message:“Currently the project is opened by … in Editing Mode. Click ‘Read-Only’ to open the file in read-only mode.” Click on the Read-Only button to open the project. You will be able to edit the file but won’t be able to save it over the original file from Drive 365, instead you can save it to a different storage location. Click on the Cancel button if you don’t want to open the project in Read-Only mode. If the file is already opened in Real-Time Collaboration mode, you will automatically enter also in Collaboration mode. 

On what platforms is the “Save Password Protected .MPP files” feature available?
