How to preview a Scheduled Report?

Answer

To preview a Scheduled Report, go to our Online Portal page and Sign In with your email and password. After that, click on the Reports tab and then on the Preview icon for the desired report. A message will appear saying “Generating report, please wait…” . After that, your report will be generated.

You can also preview a Scheduled Report directly from the application, by going to the Report menu – Scheduled Reports. Click on the “Preview” icon for the desired report.

Note that you can also preview a report by entering in Edit mode for the desired report and then click on the Preview button.

How to delete a Scheduled Report?

To delete a Scheduled Report, go to our Online Portal page and Sign In with your email and password. After that, click on the Reports tab and then on the Delete button for the desired report. A message will appear saying “Are you sure you want to permanently delete the report?” then click OK for the changes to apply.

You can also delete a Scheduled Report directly from the application, by going to the Report menu – Scheduled Reports. Click on the “Delete” button and then click “OK” in the message that appears for the changes to apply.

To create a Scheduled Report directly from the application, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Report menu – Scheduled Reports;
  2. Click on the Add New Scheduled Report button;
  3. Fill in all the required fields with the desired information and press OK in order for the report to be created.

Note: Password Protected MPP files are not supported by Scheduled Reports! If you do add password protected MPP file to scheduled reports, the report will not be sent and Preview will be unavailable!

We are sorry but displaying by default the current date in the Resource Usage view is not possible in our application at this point.If you want to display the current date in the Resource Usage view, without scrolling in the view, you can go to the Project menu - Go to option, select the current date from the "Date" field and press "OK".
How can I navigate back to a specific task in the Gantt Chart view after selecting it in the Resource Usage view?

Can I create another team member role besides the one that already exists?

How many tasks can I insert in my project?

The Project Plan 365 application has no limitation on the number of tasks entered in a project.
Is there a way to move columns in the reports so you can fit all the data on one page?

We are sorry but at this moment we don’t support moving columns in the reports. As a workaround, you can change the Paper size for the desired Report. In order to do that, go to the Report menu, select the desired report from the list and click on the Page Setup button. After that, change the Orientation to Landscape and from the Paper Size, select a bigger one, for example A3.
How can I view how many work hours are assigned to all my subprojects until a certain date?

If you want to see the work hours for all of your subprojects, you can use the Task Usage View. Go to the Task Usage view, collapse all of your subprojects, go to the Format menu – Timescale and from Middle Tier and Bottom Tier tabs, change the units as desired and click OK.
How can I change the value for the "Leveling Can Split" field?

How can I force quit the app on my Mac device?

To force quit the application, you can use the Activity Monitor dialog.

To find Activity Monitor on a Mac, go to your Applications folder > Utilities folder, and then double-click Activity Monitor. There, locate the "Project Plan 365" application, click the "Stop" button in the upper-left corner of the Activity Monitor window and then select "Force Quit".
I have a big file and I cannot fit the entire project to one page.

If you have a big, to fit all the tasks on one page you can try to make some adjustments to the Page Setup dialog:1. Adjust the Task Name column for the names to appear in one row: just double click on the right border of the Task Name column and it will automatically adjust.2. Go to File menu – Print – Page Setup and select a bigger page size (like A3). If you don’t need the Legend to appear on the second page, in the Page Setup dialog go to the Legend tab and check the “None” option then click “OK”.
How do I add my favorite filters in the main Filter menu?
