How do I reset the password for a team member?

Answer
In order to reset the password for a team member, go to Team menu Manage Team, select the team member for whom you want to reset password and click the Open Team Member Information button. In Team Member Information dialog, click the Reset Password button. Afterwards you can reset the password by typing a valid password in the Password field and sending it to you and to the team member by email by filling out the recipients list with the email addresses.

To set the password for a team member go Team menu – Manage Team, then click the Add New Member button in the Team dialog. In the Add Team Member dialog, fill the required fields (i.e. “Email address” and “Name”) and choose the Let me create the password option from the Password Settings section. After that, type a valid password and send the password in email by filling out the recipients list with the team member’s email address. 
Is this software from Microsoft?

Our software is not part of Office 365. Our tool is called Project Plan 365 and it is compatible with Microsoft Project in the sense that you can open in our tool the files saved in Microsoft Project or you can open in Microsoft Project the files created in our tool, but we are not a Microsoft owned application, so you can’t Sign In inside the Microsoft Project application with the subscription purchased for our application or vice versa.

Why doesn't the spell check work?

Please check if "Spell Check" feature is enabled. In order to do that, please go to menu File - Options and in Advanced tab, make sure that the "Check Spelling" box is checked.
How do I set the text in the fields to start in the middle of the cell?

We are sorry but this option isn’t available in our application at this point.

If you use our application on a Mac device, you can try to change the font to “Verdana” or “Arial” and check if it fits better. In order to do that, go to the Format menu – Text Styles – change the font and press “OK”.

How do I change the background color for a column?

To change the background color for a column, click on the column header in the grid and change the background color from the Font Control option available in Task menu.

What does the "Show Hierarchy" checkbox inside the "Report Definition" dialog do?

The “Show Hierarchy” option in the "Report Definition" dialog allows you to display the summary tasks in the report.

For example, if you have 3 tasks (Task1, Task2, Task3) and Task 1 is a summary task and Task2 and Task 3 are subtasks, if the “Show Hierarchy” option isn’t checked, the Task1 won’t appear in the generated report. Once checked the “Show Hierarchy” option, Task1 will appear in the report.
How do I set the Paper Size to A3?

In order to set the Paper Size to A3, go to the File menu - Print - Page Setup and from "Page" tab, "Paper Size" field, select A3 and press "OK" in order for changes to take effect.
How do I add notes next to the bars in Gantt Chart?

If you want the notes to appear in the Gantt Chart, please go to the Format menu - Bar Styles option, select the Text Tab. Then, from Right - select the column "Notes". Press "OK" and your Notes will be displayed in the Gantt Chart.
How do I add a costs for a task?

To enter the costs for a task you can either insert a value in the Cost field or you can assign specific resources to your tasks and the cost is automatically calculated.
How can I change the standard rate per day instead of per hour?

In order to change the Standard Rate being shown per day, instead of per hour, in Std. Rate cell for the desired resource, type the "day" time unit instead of "hr". For example: $0.00/day.
