How can I save my Dashboard file to computer?

You can save dashboard files on your Computer by using the "Save to Computer" option in Dashboard dialog. In order to do that, go to menu Report - Dashboard. In the Dashboard dialog, upload the desired files and press "Save to Computer". Type the dashboard file’s name and then press Save.

How can I bring back an older version of the project?

We are sorry but we at the moment we don’t support accessing older versions of the files.

You need to save the file with another name. That means you need to use the Save As option and save each project under different names.

How can I delete a template?

To find information about the duration, finish and start of a task, you can use the Task Information dialog. In order to do that, select a task, go to the Task menu and select the "Task Information" option.
How do I change the Timescale to years?

Answer
In order to change the timescale to years, go to the Format menu and then select the Timescale option. Click on Middle Tier tab, from "Timescale Options" section select "One Tier (Middle)", from "Units" field select "Years" and then click OK.
The "Bar Styles" option does not exist in the "Format" tab.

To view information on a resource's task assignment, such as cost, work allocation, and work availability you can use the Resource Usage view. In order to use the Resource Usage view, please go to menu View-Resource Usage or in View Bar click on Resource Usage button.
How can I change the start and finish dates for a task?

There are two ways to change the start and finish dates for a task:

1. Select the desired task, go to the Task menu and select Task Information option. Change the start and finish dates and click on "OK" button for the changes to take effect.

2. Click on the placeholder inside the Start/Finish cells to open the dropdown and select a new start/finish date.

How do I save the Gantt Chart view as PDF in size A3?

In order to set the Paper Size to A3, go to the File menu - Print - Page Setup and from "Page" tab, "Paper Size" field, select A3 and press "OK" in order for changes to take effect. After that, go to the File menu - Export and select the "Export to PDF" option.
Does Project Plan 365 utilize iCloud drive for iOS users?

Why when filling duration 180 days, the bar chart shows 8 months?

The reason why the bar chart shows a duration of 8 months is because 180 days mean 8 months with 8 hours of work per day and weekends non-working. If a month has 22-23 working days and the weekends are non-working, this means a duration of 180 days is equal with 8 months.
How do I remove a note?

In order to delete a note, select the task for which you want to delete the note, go to the Task menu - Task Information and click on "Notes" tab. Erase the note inside the "Notes" tab and click "OK" for the changes to take effect. Another way to delete a note is to delete it directly from the "Notes" field in grid.

How do I view my entire project?

To view the entire project, you can apply the "Entire Project" zoom level. In order to do that, go to the Project Menu - Zoom - Zoom, select "Entire Project" and press "OK" for the changes to take effect.

How to set the timescale to be limited only to my project duration when exporting it to PDF?

If you want to print only a specific interval from your project timescale, please go to the File menu – Print – Page Setup – View tab and from “Timescale”
section select “Dates” radio button and after that select the desired dates from “From” and “To” fields.
Why the "Insert Task" option takes indentation of the line above, not of the selected line?

In order to add a board status for a task, go to the View menu - Agile and select Kanban. After that, from "Kanban" tab select "Backlog Board" and use drag and drop method in order to add a task to one of the columns: "In Progress, Next up, Done".Another way to add a board status is to select "Backlog Sheet" and add the desired status for each task by selecting it from "Board Status" field.

With whom can I share a Drive 365 file?

You can share a Drive 365 file with team members of your organization and people outside the team. Note that if you share a project to users outside the team, only those users will be able to open, edit and save the project. Anyone who has been forwarded the project, will not be able to open it, getting a “You don’t have permission to access this folder” message. 
Can I use my Dropbox Business account to access team folders inside the application?

Why my new team member did not receive his password in email?

If the team member did not receive the password in email, most likely you did not check the Send password in email option when setting or resetting his password. Or probably you forgot to type the team member’s email in the recipients list. If it is not the case, please submit a ticket at our Support Team. 
Can I let the new team member choose his own password?

When adding a new team member, you must choose the “Let user choose password” option from Password Settings section in order to let the team member set his own password. The team member will be sent an activation link where he can set his password and activate his account.
