What is a Task Dependency?

It is a relationship between the tasks in the project that drive the schedule for the project. The nature of the relationship between a predecessor task and a successor task determines the type of task dependency to use. We can use 4 types of task dependencies: Finish - To - Start (FS), Start - To - Start (SS), Finish - To - Finish (FF) and Start - To - Finish (SF).
What is a Task Usage View?

It is a view that lists for each task the resources assigned to it and the amount of work that each resource has performed over time. It is a matrix of work assignments. In a table spanned over the project's period, workloads are presented for each task, and within it, each resource, if any is available.

How do I change the timescale to days?

Answer
In order to change the timescale to hours, go to the Format menu and then select the Timescale option. Click on Bottom Tier tab, from "Units" field select "Hours" and then click OK. Please know that Units from all tiers should match for the changes to apply. For example, the units from "Bottom Tier" can't be in days and the ones from "Middle Tier" in hours.

How do I enable Agile to an existing project?

To enable Agile for an existing project, open the desired project and go to menu Project - Agile. In the Agile Methodology dialog, choose from Scrum, Kanban and None options.

Another way to enable Agile for an existing project is to go to the View menu, click on Agile arrow to open the dropdown and after that, select Scrum or Kanban methods.

To change the color of a specific resource, select the resource and then go to the Task menu and from Font Control change the color for the specific resource. If you want to change the color for all resources, go to the Format menu and select the "Text Styles" option. Make the desired changes and then click "OK" in the dialog.

If the appearance of a task is not changed after applying customizations made in the “Text Styles” dialog, it is because that task was already changed by using the “Font Control” option. Changes made to the style of a task by using “Font Control” options will not be overridden when applying a style from the “Text Styles” dialog.
How can I customize grid appearance in Task Sheet, Resource Sheet, Gantt Chart or Tracking Gantt views?

The font style of tasks or resources can be changed either by using the “Text Styles” option from the “Format” menu or the “Font control” option from the “Task” menu. By using the “Text Styles” option, the style for a category of tasks (summary, milestones, etc.) or resources (highlighted, overallocated) can be changed at the same time. By using the “Font control” option, the changes will be applied only to the selected task or resource from the grid.
Can the views be customized in the app?
