How to remove constraints?

If you want to remove a constraint for a task, select the task and go to Task menu - Task Information dialog. Go to Advanced tab and from Constraint Type select "As Soon As Possible" and click OK. This is the default Constraint type.
What does Backlog Sheet?

The Backlog Sheet helps you visualize your workflow and limit the amount of work in progress. It contains a prioritized list of items that the team has agreed to work on next. The items ranked highest on the list represent the most important or urgent items for the team to complete.

Inside the application, you can't share files without emailing them but you can export the project to PDF, MPP, Excel, XML and send it to your team members.
What does indent mean?

The indent option allows you the possibility to create summary tasks and subtasks. When you indent a task, that task becomes a child of the task above.
