In order to open a mpp, Excel or CSV file in Project Plan 365 directly from Files app you first need to navigate to the desired file. After this, you can either tap on the file (if Project Plan 365 is the default app) or long press on the file, select Share from the popup and then choose “Open in Project Plan 365”. The desired file will then be opened in our app. For more information about Files app please check: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT206481.

Each time I try to use OneDrive or a link to access my Microsoft Project plan, the application crashes.

The quota for each user on My Projects-Drive 365 is 100 MB. Adding new files after the maximum size is not possible. In order to save new files you must delete existing files to make room for the new project.

To remove a project from My Projects-Drive 365 please follow these steps:
1.Sign In on Online Portal page.
2. Go to Projects tab and click on recycle bin icon on the project you want to remove.
OR
1. Open Project Plan 365 app.
2. Go to File-Open-My Projects-Drive 365 and click on X button on the project you want to remove.

Unless you are using our Web application you can open files directly from the Explorer. Browse the desired project (.mpp) and then just double click on the file.
