Is there a way to move columns in the reports so you can fit all the data on one page?

We are sorry but at this moment we don’t support moving columns in the reports. As a workaround, you can change the Paper size for the desired Report. In order to do that, go to the Report menu, select the desired report from the list and click on the Page Setup button. After that, change the Orientation to Landscape and from the Paper Size, select a bigger one, for example A3.
How can I view how many work hours are assigned to all my subprojects until a certain date?

If you want to see the work hours for all of your subprojects, you can use the Task Usage View. Go to the Task Usage view, collapse all of your subprojects, go to the Format menu – Timescale and from Middle Tier and Bottom Tier tabs, change the units as desired and click OK.
How can I change the value for the "Leveling Can Split" field?

To force quit the application, you can use the Activity Monitor dialog.

To find Activity Monitor on a Mac, go to your Applications folder > Utilities folder, and then double-click Activity Monitor. There, locate the "Project Plan 365" application, click the "Stop" button in the upper-left corner of the Activity Monitor window and then select "Force Quit".
I have a big file and I cannot fit the entire project to one page.

If you have a big, to fit all the tasks on one page you can try to make some adjustments to the Page Setup dialog:1. Adjust the Task Name column for the names to appear in one row: just double click on the right border of the Task Name column and it will automatically adjust.2. Go to File menu – Print – Page Setup and select a bigger page size (like A3). If you don’t need the Legend to appear on the second page, in the Page Setup dialog go to the Legend tab and check the “None” option then click “OK”.
How do I add my favorite filters in the main Filter menu?

To change the font of the Timescale, go to the Format menu - Text Styles option. From "Items to change" select "Top Tier, Middle Tier or Bottom Tier". After that, select the Font, Font Style and Color or color and press "OK" in the dialog.

Why did my One-Click installation fail?

If when installing the Project Plan 365 app using the One-Click Installer you receive the message: “Download failed. Please retry or use the offline installer.” or “Installation failed. Please retry using the Offline Installer or contact us at contact@housatonic.com!” please make sure:
  1. You are connected to internet;
  2. You don’t have another MSI installer opened;
  3. You don’t already have the Project Plan 365 app installed on your device.
If the installation still fails, click on the “Details” button and send us the Error Details that appear in the dialog at contact@housatonic.com.
Do I need internet connection to install Project Plan 365 using the One-Click Installer?
