Opening files from BaseCamp is only available for Windows and Web. Go to File - Open and select Basecamp. Connect with your account if you are not already authenticated. There are several ways to open a project from the Basecamp file picker:
- Double click on a project;
- Select a project and click Open button;
- Right-click on a project and select Open in contextual menu;
- Select a project and click Enter key.

The best way to achieve this is to use the Cost column.
The total cost is automatically calculated by the application in the summary task.
To enter the costs for a task you can either insert a value in the Cost field or you can assign specific resources to your tasks and the cost is automatically calculated.

To download the latest version of Project Plan 365 please go to the https://www.projectplan365.com/download/ page - select the Platform and click on Download Project Plan 365 button. You will be redirected to the “Thank you for Downloading the Project Plan 365” page and the download will begin. If the download doesn’t begin, click on “Click here to try again” link. After that, follow the “Download Instructions” from the “Thank you for downloading Project Plan 365” page in order to locate the installer.

This will affect the entire project. You can also set only just for some tasks another calendar by going to Task information dialog and in Advanced tab set the desired Calendar. By default, the Calendar is set to None so the task start and finish dates are calculated using the Project Calendar.
Note that these changes will not affect the completed tasks (100% complete) from your project.

To Outdent a task with the mouse, point to the first letter of the task name. When the pointer changes to a double-headed arrow, then drag left to outdent the task. A vertical line will appear. You can outdent single task corresponding to single row selection or multiple tasks corresponding to multiple row selection.

In order to format the rows in Real-Time Collaboration, select a task/multiple tasks or a cell/multiple cell, then go to the Format menu – Font option. Another way to access “Font” dialog is to select a task/multiple tasks or a cell/multiple cell, right click on them and from the contextual menu select "Font" option. A dialog will appear from which you can make the desired format changes.
