What role has the slack calculation?
Question Link
Answer
The amount of slack in you schedule indicates how long tasks can be delayed before other tasks or the project finish date are affected. If slack exists in your schedule, you can move tasks when certain phases of the schedule have no slack and other phases have too much.
What amount of slack does a critical task have?
Question Link

What is free slack?
Question Link
Answer
Free slack is the amount of time an activity can be delayed without impacting another activity.
How can I make sure that my project finishes on time?
Question Link
Answer

What is a critical path?
Question Link
Answer
A critical path is a series of tasks that dictates the calculated finish date of the project.
How is % complete calculated?
Question Link
Answer
The % complete has the following formula % complete=(Actual Duration/Duration)*100.
How does the app calculate the start date for a task?
Question Link
Answer
The Start date for a task can be calculated or entered. If you do not type a start date, application calculates a start date based on such things as relationships, calendars, and the scheduling method. If you type a start date, it will be set automatically a Start No Earlier Than constraint which uses the date you type as the constraint date.

What are tasks?
Question Link
Answer
A task is an activity in the project necessary to reach the project specific goals. It should always have a clear start and finish date.
