To set the Task Status Method for all your organization projects, go to menu File – Account – Organization Information – Global Settings – Schedule Tab and from the Task Status Method field select the desired method. Learn more about Global Settings functionality.
Note: To have these settings applied to all your organization projects, make sure you create projects using the New blank project using Global Settings or New Blank Project Using Global Settings options from Home / New menu.

A Finish date can be calculated or entered. If you do not type a finish date, application calculates it based on such things as relationships, calendars, and the scheduling method.
If resources are assigned, Project Plan 365 also considers the resource calendar and assignment units. If you type a finish date, will be set automatically a Finish No Earlier Than constraint and uses the date you type as the constraint date.
Example: You need to filter for all finish dates scheduled after March. You filter on the Finish field to see only those tasks scheduled with a finish date beyond March 31.

In order to use the Master Project and Subprojects feature, you need to upgrade to business trial from Online Portal if you do not have a Business Subscription.

Then, save your projects to your Business Drive 365 folder or to your local device. After all your projects were saved on Drive 365 or local device, you can create a master plan by adding the subprojects from menu Project - Subproject - Drive 365 or Computer.
